Dutch Stenden students graduate in the UK

Saturday November 11th, 10 students of the international master Programmes of Stenden University of Applied Sciences participated in the official graduation ceremony of their partner University of Derby receive their Master of Science degree. This diploma symbolizes the conclusion of their 14 moth intensive master programme at Stenden in the fields of hospitality and tourism.
Two years ago the Dutch Stenden University of Applied Sciences has started a collaborative partnership with the University of Derby (UoD) in the UK. Students from all over the world are able to enrol in a Double Master Degree Programme. Students will graduate with a British Master of Science (MSc) in International Hospitality and Service Management or International Leisure and Tourism Studies, including a Dutch Master of Arts (MA) in the same field.
Jamy Nix (on the photo student in the top row), who just received both his MA and MSc in International Hospitality and Service Management, is impressed: “It is amazing to be part of this day here in the UK, a great experience! This is a memorable day that I will never forget.”

The Dual Degrees provide students with an opportunity to receive a distinctive educational experience with an international perspective that enhances employment opportunities in a global market, enabling alumni to stand out from the crowd.
