Specialising in change management

Would you like to get started as manager within an organisation? Then there’s a good chance that at some point you will be responsible for guiding and implementing large change processes, such as a reorganisation, the alteration of company processes or changing the company’s culture. In the minor Change and Innovation Management, you’ll learn the theory behind change management and how to formulate and implement a change plan.

  • Gain knowledge and skills important to a present-day manager.
  • Discover how an organisation and the changing environment influence each other.
  • Immerse yourself in a topic within change management and deliver a lecture to your fellow students about it.
  • Attend guest lectures by professionals from the industry.

The minor is worth 15 ECTS credits and is offered in English in South Africa. The course closes with assignments, workshops and a change management plan.
